Sunday / Monday: Partial Fast (20 hrs) low carb / ketogenic evening refeed
Tuesday: Full meal Schedule with higher carb refeed
Wednesday/Thursday: Partial Fast (20 hrs) low carb / ketogenic evening refeed
Friday/Saturday : Higher carb refeed (Optional amount and schedule based on results)
